SHOCKING!HOW EDO BIG BOY, PATRICK AMADASUN PLAN TO DUPED TOP LAGOS PROPERTY MARCHANT, OGUNS INVESTMENT+OPPRESSES HIM WITH SARS &OPC MEMBERS, INVADES HIS PLAZA, BEATS HIM AND COLLECTS 200,000 AS BAIL

Its been a year since Nigerians voted out the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) led government and usher in a government of change, which many people believe will put real change into the lives of many Nigerians particularly the voiceless in the society. However it came as a rude shock to us when a property developer whose Plaza is located at number 1 Gbajumo Street, off Balogun, Lagos Island informed us about the intimidation and wickedness of the officers of the Federal special anti robbery squad (SARS) and Odua People Congress (OPC) on them on the 9th of March which disrupted their daily business activities. A businesswoman who spoke to us anonymously told us that on that fateful day she came to the plaza for the day business when she saw close to ten armed police men from federal Sars and some people alleged to be members of OPC who didn’t allow them to have access to the plaza claiming they are looking for one Alhaji Oguns whom we the sellers told them his office but they refused to leave not until police from the nearest police station, Ebute-Ero came before they left. She added that the Federal Sars and OPC who came to the Plaza allegedly chased the security men when they came around midnight while information available to them said they came to arrest Alhaja Ogun by the former owner of the plaza, Mr. Patrick Amadasun. When we asked her what she meant by former owner, she replied” that the former owner was Patrick Amadasun who transferred ownership to Alhaji Oguns, that she guessed he wants to get it back from Ogun because that had been his pattern. He has brought different developers to this Plaza telling us he has gave them the ownership right for some years but later he will come back and tell us not to pay any body except him, I guess same thing wants to repeat itself in this Ogun case too.

After then we took our time to get in touch with Alhaji Wheel Ogunbiyi popularly called Alh Oguns who is the Chief executive officer of Oguns investment Nigeria Limited. When we asked what transpired between him and Mr Patrick Amadasun as regards the Plaza at number one

Gbajumo Street off Balogun, Idumota Lagos. The dark complexions property merchant opened a can of worms while revealing all that transpired between him and Patrick Amadasun. Alh Oguns told us that one barrister Oduba whom he had known for some years told him about the said property and introduced him to the owner, Patrick in 2013 which Patrick told me more about the property. Later, I asked him about the documents of the building and he showed me as we agreed on Sixty Million(60 Million) for five years to manage the property for him. At that point I gave him a cheque of 20million without signing any written agreement on the deal based on my relationship with the person who introduced us together, lawyer Oduba. He told me that the rent of some of the tenants occupying the build would expire in December 2013 while some in April 2014. After signing the agreement and I paid him another 10million Naira making it 50 percent of the agreed sum that the rest will be paid after taking possession of the building in April,2014, he then took me to the tenants occupying the building , he introduced me to them as their new landlord. After serving the tenants quit notice and introduced  my company as the new owner in January, 2014 so as to come and see me if they are interested in still be a tenants. But to my greatest surprise Patrick told the tenants not to grant me any audience or give me any money because he lend money from me and he has paid me back. He then came to inform me that most of the tenants rent will expire in April 2015 against the initial expiration in April 2014  and that was how we started another disagreement because it was a breach of contract and I asked him to refund my money because I can’t trust or do business with him any more and I had started spending money on the building for renovation. At the point intervention came in by some people and he then requested for new contract/agreement of Ten years for 80 million Naira against the 60 Million Naira signed earlier for just renovation of the building which I said was better rebuilt because it was weak.  After much persuasions and pleas  I agreed and we signed another 10 years contract that I will take possession from April 2015 fully.

But this man never changed his dubious character as I received a call from the someone in the building on the 20th of March,2015, that the man has sold the building to easy and I disclaimed the call as false call. And the most shocking aspect of it is that someone called me on the 24th of March, 2015 that building is currently been demolished and I rushed down to the nearest police, Ebute-ero with the agreement signed with him, Patrick so as to stop him which police went there with us and stopped them based on the agreement with us which the person demolishing can’t provide any information or document to claimed new ownership and we took possession immediately. At that point we started working on the site to avoid any delay of illegal possession of the site again.

Meanwhile, after taking possession he then engineered the sellers occupying the shop to sue me for malicious illegal demotion of their property. While, I was not the one who demolished the building as the case is being reported at Ebute-Ero police station. Also use a police woman, Beatrice Agbato at Area A division who happened to come from his town and petition me for threat to his life.  Based on the sellers’ allegation and his own petition to Beatrice I was taken to court which the magistrate A.O Lawal granted me bail. I have the petition the woman, Beatrice at zone 2 for illegal arrest.

In lieu, after I was taken to Ikoyi prison on that Friday and met the bail condition on Tuesday I was released. By the time we got to the land on Wednesday we discovered the that police and members of the Odua Peoples Congress(OPC) were on the land with the aim that may be I will not return from the prison. At that point I rushed to the site and discovered all the building materials we bought on the land has been stolen and I reported the case to the nearest station, Ebute-Ero, which one of Patrick boy was arrested and we filed a suit for 50million naira worth of stolen materials.

After that I went to FIB in Ikoyi to report him and he was invited but he didn’t turn up until they told him they will come and arrest him before he came. At the FIB it was resolved that I should go and start working on the site/building as I had valid agreement with him. At Feb he requested for the remaining 20 million naira which I told him that work is on going at the site until we finish and mind you there are cases in court on this same building you took us to. After persuasions I transferred 10 milllion naira to him and I gave him a post dated cheque of another 10million naira.  As we were about completing the building he planned with some fake Lagos State town planning officials who said they were from Alausa, with one of Patrick boys, Samson Anaigbe and Area A police division (the police station he used in taking me to court) led by one Tolu to come and stop work on the site that the site will collapse but when they got to the site to stop the workers I was called and I rushed down there. When I got there based on my experience and knowledge in the profession I asked them for some documents from the state to come and carry such investigation and they can’t not provide it I then knew they were  fake Lagos State town planning officers and they left in shame. At that point I called area commander to inform him of the officer who followed them to the site and the case he said he never sent anybody there neither was any petition on his table on such case. After different failed attempts to stop the construction of the building through Lagos State town planning and insurance, he then filed a suit against me at the high court before justice Obadina that the house am building will collapse that the court should stop me from building not knowing we had completed the building and tenants had moved in.

And at the court we told the justice that we had finished the building and the court gave restriction order that the court will go and verify the building. The next he did was to take a court bailiff and some police officers from Ebute-Ero to the building to seal off the building from the court order gave to them. When I got there I challenged them that they are not the right person (court bailiff and state police) to come and seal the building and the court order never asked them to seal the building but to verify the building for the case before justice Obadina and they left. Immediately they left I was told the woman, Sherrifat Bibire Adelekan who sells outside the plaza is an informant to Patrick and I went to her that she should desist from all this that it will not help her neither take her to any success.

While, I was moving out of the court on the matter some police officers claiming to be from Federal sars just abducted me and seized my phone. At that point a lot of people was wondering and intervened that why would they treat me that way and they told me I need to follow them to Federal SAR that there is a petition against me. When we got to Federal Sars I was taken to supol Danladi Daura(CSP) who told me that there was a petition before them that I threatened the person, Sherifat Bibire Adelekan who used to give him information and that I have a terrorist group. I explained to him that I don’t have any terrorist group neither did I threaten any body that Patrick who brought this woman this petition to them defrauded me and the case was in court and the woman he alleged I threatened has taken the case before the Ebute-Ero police station which they have investigated and found no evidence against me on the report the woman gave them and she withdrew the case at Ebute-Ero police station. After all my explanations I was asked to write a statement which I did and I was granted bail with almost 200 thousand naira at federal SAR. While I was leaving the station I was asked to report regularly to Federal SARS. I was reporting to Federal SARS almost everyday for like two weeks without no development and my lawyer advised we sue them for infringement on my fundamental right. Later, while the case was in court I was called to come and see them at Federal SARS, I didn’t go because the case was in court.

Few days after one of my brother introduced me to the Director of Crime(DC) of Federal Sars, Mr Kaoje who later asked me to come and see him on the case.  But before going to see him on 9th of March this year the police from Federal SAR with OPC members came to the plaza at midnight  and chased away the security at the plaza and took over the plaza till the next day which the sellers(occupants of shop) were prevented from entering the plaza that they were looking for the owner of the plaza. After waiting till around 10am the next day they left.
Some days later they came back to the plaza again claiming they have a court order to seal off the plaza. While they arrested my staffs they met at the plaza to Federal SARS before supol Daura who told my staff that when they see me they will maltreat me  because  I took them to court which they later release them. The next day I went to meet DC, Kaoje whom one of my brothers introduced me to. When  I got to his office I explained everything to him and he pressed the bell which supol Daura came into DC of claiming am their suspect that I jumped bail talking as if am not a Nigerian.  And DC gave order that Dark should invite all the parties involved to hear from them. When I left DC office Daura was telling me that he’ll teach me some sense because I took them to court and I responded saying  that you too had violated my right as a law abiding and tax paying citizen. He them asked me to come the next day which came back but after waiting for over 2 hour Patrick never show up and he told me to go. And on Thursday,14TH of April,2016 one of Daura boy called me that Oga ask me to come tomorrow because the new DC asked you to come for the settlement of the matter.

And I replied that am not in town but I will try and come. The next day he called me again that they are expecting me and I told him I will come. Around 11am I left office with my wife, friend and one of my staff. On Getting there I met Samalah Yakubu who asked me to go and see Oga first and when I get to Daura’s office he asked me who asked me to come and I told him his boy, Samalah and I was in his front for over 10 minute without attending to me and his boy, Samalah came in that I should come to charge room which I did , getting there he want to handcuff me that his taking me to court and when being handcuff he started beating, molest me and turn my clothe at the scene one AC came in ask what happen and advice to follow him to court which I never dispute but he can’t handcuff like a criminal and I need to see the charge so as to call my lawyer. Later I was show the charges, Conspiracy, stealing of 6 million naira with one other one I can’t remember now. That “wickness” Friday, 15th of April, 2016 I tagged it, I was taking to court while the court granted my bail but I couldn’t meet up that day till Monday, 18th April but the prosecuting officer where using delay tactics not till Tuesday that my bail form was sign by the magistrate.

Lastly, before I was arrested on the 15th of April that week we had arrested the guys who led the OPC members to join Federal to the Plaza.

on the 9th of March, 2016 who has confess at the zone 2 that it was Ezikel and Samalah that call him to join them for the job because their plan is to molest me publicly and arrest, that it was Ezikel and Samalah pasting the court order on the wall of the plaza and giving it to some shop owner there because he know nothing about the case.

While presently I have written a petition to the presidency, senate, Inspector General of police and human right organization because I can’t be in my country where I am contributing and support Nigeria Police Force financially I will be treated this way
