Fashola, Adebule, Smith, Olusi all storm TBS to Honour Paramole Book Launching

Hon. Minister for Works,Housing and Power, Mr Raji Fashola,Lagos state Deputy Governor, (Dr) Idiat Adebule, Former Inspector General of Police, Mr Musilu Smith, All Progressives Congress (APC),Lagos Senatorial Leader, Prince Tajudeen Olusi among others were some of the notable guest who attended the book launching to commemorate the 50th birthday ceremony of Head of Islamic Studies unit department of religion of the prestigious Lagos state University (LASU) Dr Kabir Paramole held yesterday at the banquet hall, TBS, Lagos Island Lagos.

Speaking at the launching, Fashola told the gathering while he took his time to attend the venue upon his tight schedule stating that Paramole served Lagos state meritiously as the chairman of Lagos state pilgrims board while he was the Governor of Lagos adding that he never knew him personally before appointing him as the head of the board but picked him base on his good behaviour and tracking records.

Ebonymediagist gathered that the launched book which was titled ISLAMIC ETHICS was launched with the whopping sum of one million naira by the Saraki Adini of Lagos Central Mosque, Alhaji SOB Babalola while Fashola launched with an undisclosed amount.

The one hundred and fifty pages book with twelve chapters was Reviewed by Associate lecturer of Alqimat university, Ustaz Abdul lateef Oladimeji as he claimed that the book was well certified.

In his sermon, the Chief lecturer of the event, Sheilkh Lukman Jimoh in his lecture titled POSITION OF KNOWLEDGE IN ISLAM urges Nigerians to imbibe the book and see it as another means of acquiring more knowledge.

Other notable Guest at the event were chief Tunde Fanimokun,Lagos state leagues of Alfa's and imams led by Sheilkh TOS Gbajabiamila,Arowoshadini Of Lagos Alhaja Alake Shopeyin and former Lagos state commissioner for Home Affairs and culture Hon. Oyinlomo Danmole respectively.
