Prince Ajibade Ismail Ayeni, aka Omobalufon. was born on the 22ND day of April, 1981 to the family of Alhaji (Prince) Abdul Wasiu Adisa Ayeni of Iduntafa, Isale Eko, Lagos Island. I'm a thoroughbred Royal scion on both sides of my parentage: Sokun(Onilegbale) Royal Family, Adele-Animashaun Family, Eletu Odibo Chueftaincy Family, Oba Esilokun Royal Family, Olorogun Atebo Chieftaincy Family, Sasore Abapo Chieftaincy Family and Ifagbeyinde Tokosi Family, and others. I attended St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Idumagbo between the year 1986 and 1992. I had my Secondary School Education at the Methodist Boys' High School, Broad Street, Lagos and then proceeded to the Lagos State University in 1998. I studied Electronics/ Computer Engineering and graduated with a Second Class Upper Grade in 2003. I served at the Funtua Local Govt, Kastina State in 2005. I worked briefly as a Network Engineer at Roller Technology before I joined Access Bank Plc in 2006 as a Relationship Officer for 3 years and rose to the position of an Assistant Banking Officer before I resigned in September 2008 to further my education in the United Kingdom. I anchored my boat at the University of Greenwich, UK, where I studied my Master Degree Program in Mobile Computing and Communications Engineering and graduated with a Distinction in the year 2010. By the special grace of Almighty God, I shall be completing my MBA (Corporate Governance) at the National Open University, NOUN in this year by the month of September. I'm a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional, MCITP, a Project Management Certified and a Corporate member of the British Computer Society. 





I'm a grassroots Politician, whose mix of refinement, charisma, intellect and little history of phillantropy constitute an incredible political asset. I am well versed and broad minded with the requisite formal and practical knowledge hunger on years of consistent interaction with the people in both the corporate world and the informal sector.
I believe I have all what it takes to provide the right kind of leadership and responsive administrative machinery that will take care if the needs of Islanders with prompt response to challenges. Having been part of this environment from birth, I obviously know where the shoe pinches our people. This knowledge will largely determine the thrust of our administration which us designed to bring the dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of the electorates in Lagos Island in the following areas: 



1. Education
2. Free Health Care that would run 24 hours
3. Security
4. Youth Empowerment
5. Care for the aged

The all encompassing package will usher in a new era of self sufficient for our enterprising men and womenfolk; provision of 24 hours functional health care of the needs of our people across age brackets and introduction of holistic measures that will help us keep a clean and healthy environment; and provision of qualitative education for our children especially at the primary level which is the foundation in ant scholarly pursuit and reintroduction of bursary award for selected matriculated students at the tertiary institutions. 
The result oriented socio- engineering scheme will effectively turn around our collective fortune and commensurately bring about the much expected succour to our people.

The business of grassroots governance is a daunting task. By its nature whoever must lead at this level must ensure proximity to the people.  Prince Ajibade Ismail Ayeni, aka Omobalufon, having rated the local Government as the most important tier of Government, volunteered himself as one of the few distinguished persons in Lagos Island Local Government  politics whose vision is borne out of the desire to put genuine smiles on the faces of residents and citizens and to prove that it is still possible to have selflessness in community service in Nigeria.  


Prince Ajibade Ismail Ayeni, aka Omobalufon is a very charismatic and detribalized leader who has made a landmark history in the area of works and Infrastructure, environment, quality health and aesthetic environment to the Glory of God and the dedicated team he worked with. These recorded achievements are mutually exclusive He is an epitome of a dedication and loyalty especially to the people who and he is always willing to sacrifice his time for the welfare and satisfaction of the people he leads. His total commitment has convinced the people of Lagos Island Local Government  to support his vision of becoming the next Executive Chairman of Lagos Island Local Government. There is no gainsaying the fact that the change of leadership baton of responsibility from the last administration to  Prince Ajibade Ismail Ayeni, aka Omobalufon, a ready and experienced hand in the area of works and infrastructure, environment, human capacity development, ICT economic management, administration and in the science of effective human co-ordination for maximum result will make rapid development in Lagos Island  to surpass that of any other Local Government in Lagos State. Indeed Lagos Island  will be more than fortunate to have one of its own, an astute, forth right, capable, dedicated and visionary leader emerge as the next executive chairman.  Prince Ajibade Ismail Ayeni, aka Omobalufon is an intelligent, humble and respectful loyal party member who strongly believes in and upholds the change Initiative of the All Progressives Congress. He is courageous and committed to good governance and humble style of leadership as entrenched in the indefatigable National leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. With his ingenuity, entrepreneur acumen, scientific skills, organizational saavy, determination and sincerity of purpose, Lagos Island Local Government is reassured of  Prince Ajibade Ismail Ayeni, aka Omobalufon performing exceedingly greater than his predecessors.
