The name Prince Eletu Odibo is not strange to many. He is the Chairman of Kazeem Royal Properties Ltd, a foremost real estate firm in Lagos and its environs. And he's also the Founder of an NGO which has a special focus on orphans and widows in society, called Prince Kazeem Eletu Odibo Foundation.
The Kazeemroyal Empowerment Programme (KEP) was in the same vein, set up to empower Entrepreneurs and the Financially Challenged . He is no doubt a philanthropist who has over the years transformed many lives .
However, one thing that has been burning in his heart is The Osapa London Project. This was a dream of his late father, Chief Bamidele Eletu Odibo, who sadly passed on before it could become a reality. The dream was for Osapa London located along the Lekki- Epe expressway to be transformed into a world class Estate.
This dream has given birth to the 'Osapa Mega City' to be located between Nicon Estate and Osapa. This is in partnership with reputable construction companies from Dubai and France. The project will include facilities for a 5 Star hotel, a world class hospital with advanced and up to date technology , an unrivaled sporting courtyard and many estate amenities needed to make The Osapa Mega City the best in the heart of Lagos.
However, The Osapa Mega City is not a project waiting to happen. It has already started. The Prince has been working with Structmatic Engineering Ltd, a construction firm. To this end, the Prince has constructed many roads at Osapa, the newest of which is the Chief Bamidele Eletu Odibo Street.
He recently embarked on a water project for the residents of the Osapa community to ease the hardship caused by inadequate water supply in the community.
