The Executive Chairman of Apapa Iganmu Local Council Development Area Hon Funmilayo Akande Mohammed has promised to consolidate the people of Apapa Iganmu Local Council Development Area with societal gains of good governance under his administration.
The 4 day annual budget retreat tagged Budget of CONSOLIDATION at the WaterCress Hotel commenced on Tuesday, 11February 2019 declared open by the Executive Chairman of the Council Hon Funmilayo Akande Mohammed
A lecture termed "Sustainable Economic Growth Through Infrastructural Renewal" was delivered by a renowned financial analyst,
The Council boss further emphasized that this year budget christened as budget of CONSOLIDATION because of the need to meet the expectation of the people on provision of more amenities.
The Council Manager thereby challenged the staff on improving internally generated revenue to enable success achievement with the proposed budget, adding that leakages must be plugged to further ensure the revenue target for this year is met.
The Chairman, Hon Funmilayo Akande Mohammed later thanked the Vice Chairman , the Leader of the House, the SLG ,the LGA APC Chairman, Council Manager, other members of the Executive Committee, the Legislative Arm and Management as well as others .
