The concerts which hold its second anniversary today is fast growing to be the place where live music with a live band rooted in African rhythms sways. Hosted by Abbey the trombonist and The Abinibi Groovy, the evening with be serenaded by the
Nigerian Army Steel Band, Kayefi, StoryTeller, Dapo Marino, The Professor, Kwitee, Peddy, D'Funmy, Atanda, Makaay, Makeitsweet, Dan Marafa Jos and Smyl.
The event will be anchored by HoneyTongue and Mc Frank.
According to the convener Abbey, "This is not just a musical concert but a celebration of rooted African music and promotions of talented Nigerians.
We want Nigerians to come and enjoy live music at it's best as different artistes come to serenaded the audience. This is our second year and it is getting better. Come an have fun this evening at the Freedom Park at the island tonight".
The event is package by The Closette Media and Communications and supported by Freedom Park.
